This 10-week women’s book club is an immersive small-group experience built around Jay Shetty’s 8 Rules of Love. Designed exclusively for women, this group focuses on strengthening emotional awareness, reshaping relationship habits, and building a confident, grounded approach to love in every area of life. Each session blends guided discussion, personal reflection, and real-world application to help participants understand how each rule translates into healthier choices, clearer boundaries, and more fulfilling relationships.

The group environment centers on honesty, respect, and collective wisdom. Rather than simply reading a book together, participants engage in intentional growth, learning from one another, practicing new skills, and challenging patterns that no longer serve them. Across 10 weeks, women gain support, perspective, and the space to build a more empowered narrative of love.
